provide in writing full details of exactly what has been booked. Times
and exact details can be left open at this point. Generally around 4 to
6 weeks before the wedding date one of our booking team deals directly
with the client making the exact arrangements and again confirming this
in writing. If at this time you find that passenger numbers have altered
from the original booking you can change the coach sizes (provided your
preferred size are still available) only paying for what you end up using.
Final payment is not due until 14 days before the wedding date.
