With our modern fleet and professional staff our costs may not always be the lowest however with the responsibility of transferring your nearest and dearest cost may not be the most important factor. We guarantee all our coaches are of a good standard and suitable for wedding transfers. Our driver will be suitably attired. We are happy to make our vehicles available for viewing before booking. Our offices are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are an actual coach company and not an agent who will pass the booking on to someone else. |

Most wedding transfers are booked far in advance when passenger numbers are often unknown. At the initial stage we take a 10% deposit and provide in writing full details of exactly what has been booked. Times and exact details can be left open at this point. Generally around 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding date one of our booking team deals directly with the client making the exact arrangements and again confirming this in writing. |

If at this time you find that passenger numbers have altered from the original booking you can change the coach sizes (provided your preferred size are still available) only paying for what you end up using. Final payment is not due until 14 days before the wedding date. For that extra special touch we can apply coach ribbons or on board refreshments, should you have a particular requirement please be sure to mention it when you contact Doig`s for a quotation. |
